Rules, obligations, and service level agreements governing your use of MobiFirms.
1. Platform Scope
MobiFirms provides digital technical assets including mobile stock firmware binaries, cloud tool rental licenses, and certified remote unlocking services for legitimate repair technicians and mobile phone owners.
2. Account & Wallet Balance
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Wallet balances may be used across all platform services and are non-transferable between accounts.
3. Tool Rental Conditions
Rented tool licenses are strictly allocated for single-PC usage during the contracted duration. Automated security systems will immediately terminate accounts attempting license sharing or reverse-engineering.
4. Limitation of Liability
While all firmware files and remote procedures are verified by certified technicians, hardware repairs inherently carry risk. MobiFirms is not liable for pre-existing motherboard damage or hardware NAND failures.
